Fluid Space in Pictures
How is the scale of contemporary development and construction affecting our lives, physically and intellectually? How is public space being defined and shifting patterns of social interaction? These crucial questions are being addressed by the exhibition Fluid Space, a project organised in collaboration with the Gabriel Caruana Foundation and Spazju Kreattiv as part of the Valletta Visual Arts Festival (VIVA) 2018 programme.
Fluid Space is a collaborative exhibition which merges photography, sculpture, found objects, and research to question the dynamics of Malta’s changing urban landscape, social structures, networks, conflicts, communities, strangers, time, and space. Curated by Nikki Petroni, the exhibition features the work of three artists – Duška Malešević, Raffaella Zammit, and Aidan Celeste.
The exhibition is being held at The Mill – Art, Culture and Crafts Centre, Birkirkara until Sunday 13th May.
